I can only recommend to get on to the Dymo helpdesk, these guys are good and most helpful! In reply to DymoSupport's post on October 13, Select View all on the top left corner.

The problem you are experiencing can be caused due to a bad driver or a problem with the USB connection, in order to verify exactly where the problem starts please see the following article from Microsoft on how to open the Device Manager. Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services.
Does a different driver work? I'd rather not eat close to a gig just to run a label driver that produce tiny labels. How satisfied are you with this reply?

Is there a Win10 driver coming soon? I understand that the label writer stops functioning after installing Windows Tried many times, did a clean install as suggested by Dymo supportbut still no luck.
We are working on resolving this issue so that it will not be necessary anymore but until then this will get you up and running. Check if issue persists. I suggest you to connect the device and run the hardware and device troubleshooter and check if it helps. NET will be revisited?

I do hope that you i be willing to give Dymo a shot in the future and that you keep an eye out for a smaller size software.
